History
The name Steiner has been closely connected with the Swiss real estate and construction industries and their progressive development since the beginning of the last century.
Established in 1915 as a one-man joinery shop, the company has become one of the country's leading developers and general contracting companies over the course of three generations.
After Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. (HCC) acquired a majority interest in Steiner in 2010, Steiner Group continues with the same high degree of reliability and competence that Steiner has always offered as a partner in addressing the full spectrum of real estate development and total contractor services.
Steiner AG celebrated its centenary in 2015. On this occasion, a book was published that offers exciting insights into the eventful history of the company.
